New industrial and field recordings album from Notnotice. «Portal opals», already from the name, immerses listeners in illusion and transmutation. Blending my own field recordings on Zoom H1 and alienated ambient structures is my timeless recipe. This time I drag you through the distortion spaces of the full deliriants. Here we see references to commuter train travel and a lot of time spent in sleep deprivation. Each track is a kind of stone and portal, they are united by the aesthetics of my phisical journeys and trips into oneself. I made this album in just a few days and hours, in a fleeting stream of sensations. I want everyone to go to the right coordinates using these tracks as portal. My compliments to Boiled Angel Records for the avant-garde spirit and hope to bring you a grain of sand of my avant-garde spirit. In the name of the carpet, the mushroom and the radiowaves.

I'm listening to this while wearing my SBR t-shirt! An amazing collection of dark ambient. Each song is a haunting anthem to the dark and its very hard to pick a favorite. ICAs track sticks out simply because I believe its one of his best works. phil jones
